The short version

9Bit Studios does not collect, store, or sell your personal data. Our websites are static HTML served via Cloudflare Pages. Our apps process data on-device using Apple frameworks. We don't use analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party cookies.

1. Who we are

9Bit Studios LLC is an Oregon limited liability company. Our principal, Penny Platt, is the CCO and founder. We build iOS apps, design systems, and creative intelligence tools. Contact: [email protected]

2. What we collect

Websites (9bitstudios.io, oksana.ai, dewdrop.9bitstudios.io): We do not collect any personal information. No cookies, no analytics, no form submissions on public pages. Cloudflare may collect minimal server logs (IP address, page requested) as part of standard CDN operation — see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Member portal (business.9bitstudios.io/members): Protected by Cloudflare Access. Email-based one-time password authentication. Only authorized member emails are permitted. Cloudflare Access logs authentication events.

iOS apps (Dewdrop, future portfolio): All data stored locally on-device using SwiftData. No server, no cloud sync in v1, no account creation. Push notifications are scheduled locally via UNUserNotificationCenter. Subscription management handled entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. App Store privacy label: "This app does not collect any data."

3. Oksana platform

Oksana processes all creative intelligence on-device using Apple's M4 Neural Engine. Brand voice analysis, design token generation, and content acceleration run locally. Zero bytes of creative work leave your machine. Encryption uses ML-KEM-1024 (quantum-secure). See Oksana's privacy architecture for full technical details.

4. Third-party services

We use Cloudflare (CDN, Pages, Workers, Access), Apple (Developer, App Store Connect, StoreKit), and Notion (internal workspace — not user-facing). We do not share data with advertising networks, data brokers, or social media platforms.

5. Your rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's nothing to delete, export, or correct. If you believe we have any of your information, contact [email protected] and we'll address it within 30 days.

6. Changes

We'll update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be noted with a new "last updated" date.
